New suspension anyone???? check this new suspension out...its made by Bose (the stereo company)...its in french but seein is believing....wait till about the 3:25 mark for something very cool. enjoy

I remember reading alittle 1-page blurb in the back of an auto mag about that system a year or two ago. And I remember thinking "No way in hell can they get a car to jump a 2x4!"

BTW... very cool system, should be fun to see if it works its way into production cars in the next decade.

how exactly does the car know that there is an obsticle ahead,and know to compress the suspention in preporation for a jomp? and then, how does it know when its time to jump?

That's just silly, 
everyone knows that if you'd chosen the optional Knight Rider 'Turbo Boost' package (was standard on black Trans Ams of course) that you could've been jumpin' **** all along, no need to wait for that Bose crap.

So what happens if you actually drive the car through slaloms when your pushing its limits? I don't think I'd want the thing to stay perfectly upright like that. Though it looks like it leans in sometimes during turns, what will that do to cushion your rear tires from breaking lose every few seconds?

Actually, if you watch the slalom that they go through at around 3:00, they actually lean the car into the turns the same way a motorcylcist would. Pretty cool stuff that should make it to market in the next 5-10 years.
