LoL thats what I said a few posts back, cowl hoods look sick on Chevy/GMC trucks. Honestly thats the way I would go as the other hood has way too many things going on and I think it will detract from the clean look of your truck Dan.

Isn't the highest area of your turbo setup closer to the driver side of your motor? Is the built-up cowl area on the hood shown big (wide) enough to clear your high point on motor?

the goodmark hood is steel and looks killer dan. i put one on my brother in laws sierra and my sisters avalance. probbly one of the best fitting hoods and extracts a ton of air out the back of them

Dan, why not take your stock steel hood to a reputable body shop. Buy a Harwood cowl/scoop that's just tall and wide enough to take care of your clearance problem w/the turbo pipe and have them cut and blend it into your stock hood. Then you're sure it won't hit anything sticking up under there...Harwood makes some slick-looking stuff...WJ
