First Event @ E-Town
I bet if we get some weight out of your car we can get it to low 13's as it sits, with your stock tires.
You have only to be willing ot turn some wrenches... if you want to do it some night @ your garage (mine's full now) I'll come over, and get some weight out of that thing.

My back seats are out, the front sway bar is off. I dont know if I want to do much else as far as weight removal until I have another car I can reliably trust to get me to work everyday. It's ironic that my camaro is more reliable than my beaters. Actually, it isnt. I take way more care of it than I do to all of the other cars.
I have a new clutch and heads sitting in boxes at my house. As far as Im concerned, my car will be pretty stout this year for the limited amount of money I've spent on it.
I figure I can go easy 11s on 1400$ in parts, plus I need someone to tune or I wil just buy HPTuners and do it myself.
Then it's all up to the rear. When that takes a dump, cost of parts doubled plus some.
Who has thought about doing this event at Etown? Can we get a list together?
Maybe all try to park near each other?
[EDIT] My garage is a bit messy now, both benches are full of tools because I keep doing work on other peoples cars and just throw tools onto the bench when the car leaves the garage, and then its like 2am so I just go inside and pass out.

They built new mansions and sold them at a lower price because of the proximity to an airport and a dragstrip. Greedy bastards they are, they're looking to drive up the property values so they can make a boatload by shutting down the sources of noise.
