It will look rediculously retarded, but I doubt that the vette will have any problems. My sister can tow our jetski with her sentra, we did it one year when we went to lake george, we towed the boat with the durango and the jet ski with the sentra. Challenger 1800 and GTX 4-tec, mmm.
That ski you're looking at is wicked fast, I raced one last year when I has 110 fuel in the tank and he only had 93, damn that thing raped me.
Believe it or not, the skis respond really well to high octane fuel. When I run 87 in mine, I can only make it go 54. With 93, it will go 61. With 110, it went 65.

My old 93 civic towed my jet ski fine, and FWD is great for getting up the ramp. My friend has a hitch on his stock 02 SS. Once he tried to launch his ski at low tide, almost didnt make it back out!

I think they make a 2" receiver hitch for your Harley, as well, Brad....imagine pulling up to the lake boat ramp w/the new Jetski behind your Hog....now that would be really
