Default Finally got headers.

Well after months of debating I finally picked up a set of Lt with a TSP ORY. Me and my buddie jay put them in this past weekend. Let me tell ya besides the cam its the best money ive spent. Install took us about 6 hrs. Not too bad for a rookie. The car sounds nasty with the loudmouth on there.

Must be loud as hell with no cats and a Loud Mouth! A good set of Long Tubes is a great Mod!! Have fun with em' and perhaps a re-tune time to get your max gain from the entire set-up now that it breathes better!

Yeah I talked to Don already and he said to wait on a full dyno retune until I get the ls6 intake on there. He is however going to do a street tune for me. Guess I wont be spraying for a while.

I'm debating about a tune, Eitherway mine will be put on the dyno with the Wide band o2 to ensure its running safe.

Headers are not bad, if you cross thread a bolt, thats where it starts to suck

Yeah it actually wasnt that bad of a job with having the lift availble. The car is a little on the loud side but it sounds so mean.

sorry if this is a hijack. BlackScreaminMachine... did you have trouble with a cross threaded bolt on your dynomax install? what happened? I just did most of my dynomax install this past weekend. still have to install plugs, wires and passenger side coils.

Word does travel fast eh.

I had a lil issue with the driver side exhaust bolt, it did cross thread but we got it out and tapped the hole. All is good. I am waiting for z06 plugwires, put the dipstick tube in, coil packs AIR tube, fill it with oil and put the Y pipe on, not a whole lot, but a lil stuff. I also did new brakes all around with the rear end swap too, I have had alot of stuff.
