Ebay experts please help

Ebay experts please help I sold my PDA on ebay(first time selling) and I got a email from what says is paypal and the winner sent the money to me. Well when I go to my paypal account there is no money there what-so-ever. Every time I used paypal the money was there no problem. Is this guy trying to scam me in some way? Also it says he is from Cali. on ebay but he wants me to send the phone to Nigeria. I checked id bid history and everything is electronics in the last month and I mean alot of it.
Immediately go to www.paypal.com (type it in your browser, yourself) and change your password. Make it something hard and uncrackable. You dont want them to change your password on you.
whatever you do, do not login to ebay or paypal through an email!!!!! Always go directly to the web site. If you go through an email, you are chancing someone taking your info and purchasing or selling through your account and linking it to their paypal. Paypal is secure and accurate - I would never make a transaction out side of paypal - send him an email and tell him to contact you and ask him...where am I sending this and what country are you in? It sound like too much agg, so after the 7 days are up, post a "2nd chance bidd offer" and change your password - good luck

If you want, get me the details and I can do some additional checking and get ahold of my contact at eBay's fraud investigation team. I'm working mon-tues, then off till friday. But its probably pointless as its Nigeria anyway.

Nigeria = scam. End of story. You can change your selling preferences around so that only ebay members registered in the US or canada or what ever can bid. It seriously cuts down on the scam attempts.
if you have been watching dateline in the last few weeks they exposed email scams and stuff like this and all from nigeria... like said above nigeria=scammmmm. Im on several other message boards (not just car boards mind you) and there are tons of posts like yours asking the same questions and guess what its all for the same place...
