what's it worth?

i'm trying to figure out what i should be asking for the long block in my car. it's a 98 with 109,000 miles on it.i put a 230/224 cam,tr 7.4 pr's,ls2 timing chain,ported oil pump, and comp 918's about 8000 miles ago.the motor runs strong and only uses about 1/2 quart between oil changes(3000 miles). any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance

thats about what i was hoping for.if i can get 1300 that will let me get a decent set of heads for the new motor
