Default please help!!!
went to change my oil today and when i pulled the plug this is what i got!!!! needle bearings i believe from something but what? car runs perfect and pulls stronger than ever....any help i appreciate

those are from a rocker arm I bet. I wouldn't run the car anymore like that.

Pull the coil packs and the valvecovers, and look for a rocker arm that doesn't look right... I bet there's one that is sitting funny/seems loose.

Hopefully that's all the bearings. I do believe that nasty performance on here can rebuild them for ya.... so as long as you got all the bearings out and none got stuck/sucked up into anything you might be o.k. I'd change the oil very often (every 50 miles or so) for a little while and take it easy just to be safe, after you get them rebuilt.

Looks like your rockers shitted out, dont drive the car, pull the rockers and have them rebuilt, or upgrade.
