i somewhat agreed but i havent signed the papers they sent me, i dont understand why they wont sell it back to me.

i havent signed any of the papers they sent me yet, so i think its not offical, but i dont uderstand why they wont sell it back to me. im gonna go to my ins. company tommrrow and talk to them, thanks for everyones help.

Well, that's why the ins. co.'s not dealing with you. You don't legally own the car--your creditor does. WJ

you might be right but i talked to my ins anget today and they called the compary and they said that it depends on the situation, they offered me more that i paid so im in good shop, im gonna call and argue with they monday.

You have to pay off the note to your creditor before anything happens here. If the ins. co. is willing to pay more than you owe on the car, you have a chance of ending up w/it....depending on what the ins. co. feels it's worth for salvage. Remember, you'll be ending up w/a "salvage" title if you buy the car back. WJ

i think i might just let it go and buy another camaro. i miss mine too much and dont want to go through the hassle with the ins co.
