Default abs fuse help?

i just got done grinding for my draglites and took a spin around the block.i have 28's in back and 26's up front.the brakes got very hard and the abs light came on as well as low trac.i've read that you can pull the abs fuse and the brakes will work normally just no abs.has anybody done this and if so which fuse(there is 4 or 5 of them)? thanks in advance

i yanked the fuse a while ago. i think there is only 2 of them? pull both of em' in the engine bay fuse block and the car will be fine. my car was DANGEROUS with the abs still hooked up. it would go off sometimes for no reason and i couldn't stop.

I would only pull the fuse's, not the relay.

i ended up pulling the 40 and 50 amp fuses in the upper fuse box. the asr,abs inop, and brake light are on but the brakes feel normal.

yeah thats because you have drastically different size tires on the car. the EBTCM is thinking that one of them is slipping and the abs kicks in. its totally normal.
