EFI tuning class..
EFI tuning class.. We finished up the tuning class today that started yesterday. It was a good class, Greg Banish really knows this **** inside and out. It started with fairly simple engine theories and went up to indepth tuning theory. It really reinforced a lot of what I learned by tuning my own car as well as giving indepth explanations of why the methods I used to tune worked. He also gave some real good pointers on simplifying the tuning process. We started by doing all theory in a classroom setting on saturday. This morning we finished the classroom setting and drove over to powersurge performance to do dyno demonstrations of the tuning. All in all it was a good class and I met some cool people from other areas. There was one guy from philly, another from maryland, and one guy who has a shop in florida.
On top of tuning my own car from scratch this gives me extra knowledge and credibility and I'll be looking to start tuning publicly.
