That's the only place I know of locally Marco. I don't have a custom MAP just a downloaded one from Power Commander... perhaps a custom tune would be better!!

There is a place right up the street from the shop. It's called Adrenaline Racing. I've stopped by there a few times just talking and they've shown me the custom Turbo bikes they've built and they always have new bikes getting modded. They also rewrite the computer like I do through the PCIII and seem to know what they are talking about.

i've been thinking about getting a slip-on for my bike, not sure if just a slip-on still needs re-mapping. I heard the full systems and mapping the bike puts a big dent in mpg?

Looks nice!

MPG will go down because these bikes are tuned soooo lean from the factory that it is almost dangerous. I could feel the lean condition on my stock setup.Thats the main reason I went this route.

he can use the bike alot longer and more often then the car. the exhaust was prob 1,000.00 + but what will that buy on his race car, a few fittings? that camaro is going to be one expensive toy.

don needs the full exhaust on his 1,000cc bike to keep up with my stock exhaust 600cc.....

Nice Don. I hope we can catch-up for some riding this summer. My bike is all dialed in also & I did a couple hundred miles on Monday through rural CT. I'm planning rides this summer for Newport, a bunch of CT rides, I wanna hit the Cranberry Forest (I know that's your hangout), and a few overnighters to the ski area towns up in the VT Mountains- those are my favorite rides.

Looks like you'll be having a blast with that new setup (once the tuning is done + tires).

I'm going to go ahead and ditch this Bridgestone real soon. I've got quite a few rolling burnouts on it as of late. Has about 4500 miles on it so it's time for a new one anyhow.

PM me the name of that shop if you want. I'm definately going to need a decent tune within the next month or two.

LOL.. ya i have just over 400 miles on it, i may get the chicken strips down a little further but i will never use the whole tire... im starting to get more comfortable with the bike and i like it alot. I like it better than my 06 R1, that was a really sweet bike also though i had ithe zx to 149 so far....

Did you paint the belly pan or did you buy it like that? the only thing is that 07's had black wheels and matching belly pans The only colors avaiable for 07 are red, blue(my favorite) and green and the limited black one with the flames. Do you have any soundclips of the exhaust by chance? thanks

I never thought I'd be able to use that whole rear tire either. But mines pretty chewed up on the sides now as well. I've been riding with a few Veterans who ride 20k miles a year, so I had to step up my game LOL.

I personally hate the R1s. They look amazing, but the lack of power down low blows. That ZX10 would walk all over the R1 in any catagory.
