Help with LS6 intake swap in Va My coolant pipe kit arrived today for my LS6 intake, so i'm about ready to do the swap. I'm looking for someone who has experience with this mod to help me. I live in Newport News, Va. I'd be willing to travel within the area, so if anyone is interested in helping me, shoot me a pm. I'd like to do this on Wednesday, sometime between noon and 1 pm. It's so easy bud, you don't need anyone to help. Just be sure to take off the brake booster line so you don't snag the Oil pressure sender. Take your time and all will be ok..
Im in stafford va, but by the time you got here you could of changed it like 4 or 5 times. If you really want help let me know, but honestly it was my first mod I did on my ss and it only took me maybe 2 hours because I never touched an ls1 before that.
Ok, I have this tuesday, 7/10 off and would like to do it then. Anytime during the day is fine for me, morning, afternoon, evening. Verdad Gallardo OK, we got all the bolts and I think we got evrything disconnected from the back, but the manifold is getting hung up on something. Is there anyone that can stop by for a few and just help us along?
Yikes....you're pretty far away. Any time you need anything shoot me an email...my b/f works on fbodies on the side and has done alot of work for most of the club members. This weekend he installed headers for someone
