Has anyone here ever been accused of racing because of someone next to you acting like a dick? What about that type of situation?

What are they gonna do when even more accidents happen cause they try and run from the cops?

That's a valid question too, with the thread of having one's car not only taken away but now getting CRUSHED as well, someone with a fast enough car will certainly consider their choices and maybe take the chance of evading, leading to even more potential bloodshed.
