motor is already apart!!!!!!! got home from work around 6, just finished taking off the headers, radiator, water pump, intake, valve covers, and a pile of other stuff. just ate dinner, then im going out to pull the heads off.
ordered the new solid roller set up today. should have all the parts by monday, then back running by wednesday i hope.
cant wait to see whay this thing does with the solid roller.
im guessingi gain a good 40 hp to the tires, probably more.
we'll see.

come by thursday. its all apart, cam is coming out thursday, and wiring like a mad man to get the 2 step in.

Did ya bush the lifters when ya origanly put the motor togeather??
How high ya gunna spin her???
Still staying wet sump and the pick-up still in the front of the pan with no baffles in it???
The reason i ask is because im down also and im doing all of that because after talking with many , many people about it ya run into problems with oil pressure up top spinning that high with un bushed lifters and a wet sump with the pick up in the front....

it was colapsing a lifter after the 2nd pass, then it pumped back up.
this same lifter was stickin on start up.
it was fine the 3rd pass.
oil pressure good the hole time tho.
i also run an extra qt of oil
