Default Zaino

Well I finally got around to using this stuff, and man is it some good ****. I'm in the process of my ist coat of Z2 after a couple coats of Z5, with the spray Z6 in between each. The polish goes on and comes much easier than a regular wax does(thank god)! When im done if it is still light out I will take a few pics! Of course it is going to rain tomorow, but at least she will be protected!!

I've been using the zaino stuff for years, and nothing beats it/ It lasts forever, and looks great, goes on and comes off like nothing else. Only bad part is having to mail order it when you run out.. if ya could get it in a store, it would probably put 90% of the stuff on the market out of business.

If this stuff was on the local shelf it would easily put alot of other stuff out of business! Of course no pics yet, sorry. When i got done it was getting kind of dark, and of course today its gonna rain, so I covered the car last night.

i've been using Zaino since I bought my SS in 2002 and haven't used anything else since. Its alot of work to get the first coat on....wash in Dawn, claybar, wash again, blah blah blah, but, once you do all that, its amazing! I even convinced my friends to go with it and they are believers now........yes, the only downside is that you have to order it.

I used it a few times on my cars and it was great, though you have to put on like 3-4 coats of everything and it takes the whole f-in weekend. I'm back to using NXT because I'm lazy too. It might also be possible that if you put 4 coats of NXT on your car, you'd probably get close to the Zaino quality.

If I get a showcar someday, I may possibly go back to using Zaino but its pointless for me right now.

The trick to getting zaino done fast is to do it in a dry enviornment, I do it in my garage with the door closed, ad a de-humidifier running, makes the drying time cut in 1/2 Stuff gets that powdery look really quick that way.

I agree it's a pita, dish soap, claybar, wash with car wash, then z2, z5, z2, z5 and z6 between each coat..... and even with the dehumidifier it's still an all day ordeal, but at the end of the day, it looks killer and stays looking that way for a LONG time. Nothing else lasts like this stuff does, I've tried putting multiple coats on my truck with other stuff... never lasts as long. It's almost a waste to even do multiple coats with the meguiars stuff or turtle wax or whatever, it just doesn't look any better, and doesn't really last any longer. I've tried alot of stuff over the years, and I can honestly say you get what you pay for, both in the price and your time.
