that is definetly nice and will and some awesome power. how will that work with towing and the heat of the turbo?

yah it will, truck is already real nice without the turbo kit.

Today the truck dyno'd 300hp/300tq out of the 5.3L with a small Cam and air filter.Still has stock exhaust manifolds/cats.

The intercooler will be custom made.Cost me $120 for the intercooler Then it will also have methenol.Now I'm looking into 60lb injectors.

How much boost are you planning on for DD or Towing? Like Andy mentioned, how will towing effect it, if at all?

Towing gets low boost like 4lbs. I'll probly run 8-10lbs.Not going for records.Just fun. I'm more worried about the tranny.

Yeah I am hoping a tranny cooler will help my tranny live longer when I am towing!! Only time will tell!
