Should I buy this? I realize this is a third gen question... but this is one of the best places I know to get honest opinions.
My father and I have had 13 third gen birds, but I am a little undecided on this particular one.
1987 GTA 350/auto T-tops, leather, maroon paint(needs buffed/small things repainted), GTA wheels, at least 3/4 of the badges are missing, runs rough from sitting, has 70k original miles. Leather seats aren't torn, but are cracked.
$1800/firm.
Should I buy it or not, with reasons.

As long as you can verify its a 350 tpi vs a 305 tpi. I know there are code and stuff, I havent dealt with 3rd gen stuff for a while. Also since it doesnt carry the 100k mark, lets hope its not 170k lol the 1800 isnt a bad price. As long as the interior is decent and outside stuff isnt too bad you should be more than fine.
