I'll be heading down on wednesday morning. Taking my car, my buddies 85 Z28 and my dads 86 monte carlo ss with a 509" big block.

I can do sat@2 cause i wont get there till late fri night. we're not getting a huge response like the Spring show thread did...lol

I will be down with a few other cars depending on whose broke and what not.

 

I would say make it later on friday and 2 on saturday... I hope it dont rain this year. I didnt make the saturday one cause we went to the dyno. I can make it this year tho. I hope it turns out good. The cops ruin it tho. its hard to even cruise cause the traffic.

 

Sat. 2.00pm at 45th st., nice turnout in the spring. If the weather is good Ill be there.

 

My 4.10s spool are in and holy ****! Its going to be a wild ride down to the beach this year...I'm screwed if it rains...I'll bring a bunch of my business cards down to hand out which may help get out of some tickets...Make sure you tell the cops you're my cousins, brothers, sisters, whatever...

2pm on Saturday at 45th sounds good...I'm coming down Friday after work (1:30pm)...We can do something at night, too...meet at 45th and roll from there...

what your a cop? so if we get pulled over we hand them the card and say im ....... with him and we might get out of the ticket?

 

I need to make sure I get one of those cards. Make sure you put some miles on your gears before you get hard on em becasue I didnt wait long enough and now mine howl real bad.

Yep, I'm a cop...Sometimes the police are more lenient when you say that you're related, a close friend, etc...I'll give a few cards out to folks with the hopes of maybe helping some folks out of tickets...It couldn't hurt...Its not a license to be an *******...I just know from going to OC for a long time that the police can be a bit overzealous (to put it mildly...)
