Default Finally!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I drove my SS today with the TH-400. I was waiting on my cousin to make me brackets for the light weight seat. I finally figured out what 2 wires to splice together to make the car start. It's the blue clip with the purple and green wire in case anyone needs to know

My impression:

I need a manual valve body!!!!! the tranny is still vacumn modulated and it doesn't like me I guess cause I couldnt get the thing to shift for nothing. I kept bouncing of the limiter.

One thing for sure is, this car is gonna rip

I can tell its gonna be sick

Marco

Ive driven a TH350 personally and have been driven in a TH400 car that runs mid 10's on motor, its a fun trans, I just hated the fuel economy.

Get that manual valve body in asap!!

I was lucky enough to find someone from the board who was looking to go M6.

Only thing you need is a LS1 specific converter, cross member from BMR, and you should cut the ears off the bell housing.

It's pretty basic

Changing the VB is cake.

You need to take me for a rip sometime to see how it drives. You had an M6 car right so no tuning? Does you're speedo work?

Yeah, once I get the new valvebody I'll be ready to rip

Speedo does not work but that's easy

You take the VSS sensor and the drivers side abs sensor and splice them together, then in the tune you set the rear gear ratio at 2:76 (if its a M6) set the tire size to the front wheel tire size and bam theres your speedo
