The V that RPM tuned

Thanks Fran, well these Nittos do not hook for **** out of the hole or when hard on the power for shifts, but they seem to hold good on high speed truning (75 to 80mph). I doubt that truck will even start right now but I will give it a shot, I would like to spay it on the dyno to see if we can get 600 out of it.

Mmmhhmmm. I love those CTS-Vs. It would absolutely be my first choice after a C6 Vette/Z06 if I had the money. Great looking car and it sounds like it has the Giddyup to shock most unsuspecting drivers (and probably most of the suspecting ones, as well).

Thanks man, you know every now and again I have to just smile when Im driving, this car is damn fine, it has it problems at times but I would imagine that even the M5 has that going on. Oh yeah and yes it does surprise 99% of the street crowd!

With that kind of power it must. I got to test drive a few CTS-Vs and STS-Vs in Vegas on a small road coarse and I fell in LOVE with the CTS that week from the first lap. I even liked it more than the C6s that were there, and way better than the GTOs.

Its a torquer II cam from texas speed. I want to say its a 232/234 596/598 on 114lsa very nice idle and pulls like a *****. I want to do a LS7 clutch for it, to get rid of the dual mass flywheel (50 somthing pounds)

nice power either way...im sure the LS7 would take care of some of that weight...maybe go with a billet steel flywheel instead of the LS2 for even better weight reduction. i still like a heavier flywheel for heavy cars like the V or GTO but good luck with it!
