Congrats Mark! I hear your car is on the Carteks dyno as I type and getting stronger by the pull. Last I heard it was up to 527rwhp and 600 plus RWTQ through an unlocked 8" converter. All I can say is HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I can't wait to hear the final #'s. Keep us posted with the final #'s. That 441 is going to be SICK.

Thanks guys. Made one more pull after I spoke to Rick and it was just over 530 rwhp.
Best part is it makes that power thru just about the whole rpm band.
Don't think we're going to wait until spring to run it, I forsee a trip down south like Pete said very soon after New Years.
I just want to be able to keep up with Rick.

I was standin' right there during two of the pulls, had to go hide in the engine room though, that beast scares me.

Damn. Sounds like a real strong runner Mark. That much hp through an 8" converter is no joke. Kinda sucks that you couldn't make any passes for 07. I kinda know the feeling myself. I'm not worried, next season isn't too far away.

let me know when and where you want to go racing. i might up for it.

I can see it now Tyler and Bella arguing about which daddys car is faster.

"My daddy is faster than yours"
"Your daddy has to do it with an automatic"
"My daddy does it on all motor"

And Matthew says " My daddy has car trailer for his fast GTO"

Then Tyler and Bella say" But he only ran 12.9. Why does he need a trailer for a slow car?"

Then Matthew says, "The Camaro's broken so much, someone's gotta be prepared."

....and that's a 12.85 on my first run ever cause the oil pump by "Company X" doesn't like upscale cars.

Thats why i have my own trailer.

12.9 or 12.85. No big deal. Ran that back in 1996 in my 4cyl talon.

On snap!

In all honesty, a few seconds it a pretty quick response time... not so much in shifting tho...

Peak torque came in at just over 630!!
Barry, I can see the kids talking like that at some point, hehe.
DEFINATLEY putting the training wheels on, got an appointment for new years week.
9.50's N/A would be Awesome!, especially driving to the track and back!
With Alex driving maybe a ..........9.4?? I'll have to show him how to use the transbrake though, hehe it takes MUCH more skill than rowing that 6 speed.
Hey Marc, I was wondering where you went during the dyno pulls,ha
Thanks everyone and a BIG thanks to Cartek, this build fought them a bit but they came out with great results as usuall.
Track times coming soon.................
