JL, make copies of all your paper work. you can race with just that info and a copy of the check to NHRA or IHRA. they will honor that. i did it a few years ago and it was no problem
I am gonna do that tonite, scan it all into my computer and print it so I have a copy, then send the original's in to NHRA.
I still need a week off anyway, just to get some other stuff done, I know I have to work this saturday and this week is busy, I doubt I will have time to get out and do anything with the car this week until Sunday. Plan is to work on it Sunday this week, then the next 2 weekends after this week I'm on vacation anyway so I probably won't get it back out until the the weekend of 7-12. Hopefully the weather will cooperate and I can get it back out then, so I can make a couple more test hits before pinks.

MS4 cam, bolt-ons, TNT kit, 275/40/17 ET Street Radials, 4.10's, stock heads and intake have never been off the car with 114k miles on them.
I could've launched harder but I broke all the left wheel studs earlier in the day and was skeered to spray out of the hole again. I also ran out of gear and had to shift to 5th just before the end. My 28" ET Streets will take care of that. I think there's a couple tenths left in it, good mph too.

ps, my car has been chilling in the trailer since the last time i raced it. lol
i was accually thinking of taking it out today if the weather is ok, i was going to change the oil etc, clean it up and maybe take it to the car show wednesday if it isnt 100 out side.
