ok ladies and Gents...we're back!!! 2008 season is upon us and with Feb just around the corner the tracks are opening up (some may be open allready further south). we'll stay on track with what we did last year and once again we'll be using the "honor system"....i trust that everyone is mature enough not to make numbers up and post 2008 numbers only. last years list was a success and every one was civil with each other in the thread and i hope it continues this year.

did you actually run that in 08? Most tracks in the east don't open until late feb...

 

Yes jan 20th. I drove the car from Mass to Bradenton Motorsports Park in Florida. Ran the car at the All GTO event then came home haha.

 

1:45.89 @ 7.54 mph - 2005 GE treadmill level 3 incline - gatoraide assisted....put me up there ricky

what about cars that run 1/8 mile,most of the tracks in our area are 1/8?1 other thing,does it have to be ls powered?

needs to be LsX/LTx/LQ/ etc etc platform in any car. no old school bigblocks, no turbo 6'..stuff like that. oh, and you have to be the owner posting your times...none of this "my friend such and such ran a such and such number, put him on the list"..its not fair to everyone else cause we all have friends with sick fast cars that just dont post on the boards. this is our little eastern section community list basically for some braggin rights at the end of the year.

at this point Eastside owns all...whos gonna step up and take them down??

We do have some 1/4 tracks close by... about the same as the 1/8 mile tracks but the track prep and managment suck A$$.
VMP is the main one..... If Shawn and i do some testing for the 1/4 it will Prob be at MIR or Carolina....
