Good luck with the cert. Hope to see ya there. Going to video Tektrans license runs this wed. night. This time he can wear his own pants Hehe! We worked some of Barrys bugs out, but he still has a few more. I had more than just a bad fuel leak. Can't believe it didn't burn to the ground. #7 intake valve also broke on the first pass. I knew something was hurt. Glad I dropped out early. It's all fixed and ready to go again.

I'll be honest, I don't think I am quite up to the task of some parts of the car. Welding the cage in, not something I wanted to tackle. Buying a pipe bender, notcher, learning to tig weld, not something I was gonna do this year. Building motors, I'll probably end up taking mine down to do a rering and rebearing at the end of the season providing all is still well with it by then, but I'll do it with Ken so someone can go over what to do, what to look for, all that stuff. I've built a motor once before, but nothing to this level, so I left it to someone I trusted to do it right.

Will I ever build my own... maybe. Will the next motor that goes in the car be something I built? Maybe, but probably not.

Unfortunatly your car needs to be certified. That was a bigger issue than the license. They obviosly missed that on your car. Good luck anyhow.

The Quick 8 class is for LSX cars only. If there isn't an eight car field, then others can participate. There is bracket classes for ALL other EFI cars. Good luck with the new engine. Hope to see you there.

I think it was around +600 or so.
What do you care anyway? You were making your own atmosphere conditions.
