Default who can inspect my car, legally

I've been emissions exempt for the last couple years, and still only went 4k this year, but my friend no longer works at a station. I dont have my cats in, but does that matter? Ive been passing without them. Who can hook me up now close to Limerick?
thanks

Why are you worried? You have OBDII so as long as you are not throwing codes you will pass.

I would think it wouldn't matter as long as your exempt. Thats what I am shooting for in a month.

I have a guy that I have been going to for a few years. A few tips I can give is to get there right when they open up, that way they haven't had to deal with any *** holes yet. Just be nice and polite, and tip them. Worked for me PLENTY of times!

thanks, I just try a local shop and see what happens.
I know my DR's wont pass, so i guess i'll have to pay the guy to put my other tires on, then pass my car, then put my DR's back on
