Bring a thermometer with you, when it hits 39deg's go home I think you'll be there the majority of the time. Lows dont happen till early morning. It'll be in the 40's till atleast 9pm IMO. DONT BE A WUSSIE!

I actually prefer the snow/rain prep myself aswell Demonic. People dont realize how quickly the car spins up with that type of track prep See you FRIDAY.... Well if you're not SCARED!!!

Damn,

I'd love to head down but I still have too much to do to the car, before it see's the track again...

Hey Fran do you guys mount tires? I am looking for a place to dismount my drag radials that I want to keep, and mount my slicks. Most places I have talked to said it would be around $50 a wheel, which is just ridiculous...

I might be there! Nittos going on right now, and I'm checking out my tune to see if I can somehow magically fix my shift problem (fat chance)
I'm not even sure if the car will make it to 4th gear in only a 1/4 mile. Last time I went I think I passed the 1/4 mile still in 3rd. If that's the case then I think I might def. be there. But probably early so I don't have to deal with all the ricers, and snot-face queers

Yeah tonights weather looks pretty good, and I wish I had my car ready...

BlueSPLCamaro - you shouldn't need to hit 4th in the 1/4 so go for it...

I hope I run good enough to get kicked out since I don't have a rollcage that would be badass

I drove by around 9:20. I saw the lanes PACKED more than I've seen in the last 4 years. Got pissed. Turned around in Gate 2. And stomped the gas back down Theodore Road.. ugh. Anyone see me?? lol

RANT... I am a little disapointed with Cecil County. When I look at the turnout for a Saturday T&T not a whole lot of cars and couple track passes through the day with VHT or whatever it is. The spectator count is low. I understand your paying for some of that with the high entry fee.
On Friday night the place is packed spectators everywhere. How about throwing us a bone take some of the spectator money and make a track prep pass maybe 600'. And the other thing I dont quite understand is track cleanup. I`m not sure whats involved in the cleanup after somebody breaks to get it to the point where it can be safe? But it seems as if on a Sunday with a gamblers race cleanup is done very quickly Friday night it takes forever? I dont know if it has something to do with temp and no sunlight out???? Sorry for my rant. I spent a long night in the staging lanes..

Well i have to admit the great air and colder nite made it a frustrating nite for many. Traction was **** poor. My friend I drove down to meet up with the 93.5 supra had better traction on the street on the way home then he did at cecil late nite. He ran 11.79 at 129.xxmph with a 1.9x 60ft and a 11.8x at 103mph doing a 7.2x at 102.59 in the 1/8th on that run spinning sideways in 2nd and 3rd.

I'm hoping to figure out my vibration and get the car to the track on a wamer day test and tune.
