Wine gets better with age usually, but champagne usually is the exact opposite. The key is to keep them at the right temp and out of the sun.

ok... if anyone has any wine, save a few bottles for me before u throw them all out!!! i would love to save a few bucks on my stepmom's mother's day gift...
