Default Anyone do dyno tuning for LT1s in Philly region?

I need a safe dyno tune for my 97 LT1...its running so rich I cant stand it anymore. I am getting like 10mpg on the highway with less than 15% throttle and coasting down hills.

Have the LT4 hotcam, heads, and a few other things here and there. Would like to get the best possible MPG, while still achieving maximum performance....but still be a safe tune. Don't want to go too lean.

If anyone can point me to a good shop that can do this I'd really appreciate it.

Is it tuned at all? I'd check out pcmforless.com - I'm sure you could make arrangements with Bryan to do a dyno tune. It'll be a few more bucks, though.

I have all my tuning done by Bill at Second Street Speed. He is a well known person in the area and is located in Perkasie which is about 15 minutes south of Quakertown, about an hour north of Philly. To my knowledge he is the only person in this area who dyno tunes LT1's. He has also been featured in a several magazines.
