I have heard about the flashlight drags in Zelienople. Not the other two locations. This weekend may work out for me. Let me know if you are out and about in Squirrel Hill. That is 5 minutes from where I am living. Appreciate the information.

The Flashlight Drags are designed specifically for “Street Racers”, all types of street legal vehicles; Cars, Trucks and Motorcycles*.
We still offer Old-Fashioned Drag Racing, the way it used to be... Heads up!

The format is simple! It costs $30 to race $6 to come out and watch. Kids under 12 are free. Bring some friends. You can race your buddies in 1/8 mile grudge matches, or you can take your chances and run against the field. Newcomers can relax. We’ll help you find a race partner and get you into the flow of the event. You’ll have a blast!

All vehicles must be street legal, and that means real mufflers! In the event that your vehicle makes too much noise, even though you have mufflers, we will ask you to find a way to quiet your pipes or sit on the sidelines. Sorry, no exceptions.

Simple Rules

These events are intended for street-cars and trucks only

Mufflers - Required
DOT Tires – Required (No slicks)
Current State Registration - Required
Proof of Insurance - Required
Valid Drivers License - Required
No Passengers
Saftey Belts must be worn
Convertibles - tops up or bring a helmet
Vehicles must be driven in - No Trailers
Burn outs in designated areas only
Driver must wear wristband on left wrist
Altered Gas Performance Events waiver must be signed
Drivers must attend the drivers’ meeting prior to the start of each event

* No Motorcycles at Zelienople

There is a big show tomorrow 11-5pm at Mingo Creek County Park in Washington County. I think im gonna check it out around 1 or so. Anybody wanna roll down? We could meet up at walmart or something and go in together.

i'm in for the meet, there is a car show on race track road right next to the meadows casino. it's in mcdonalds parking lot. it's not to big of a show but a few f-body guys show up there. i think it's starts around 430ish. it's every other saturday. caste village off 88 is another small/mid-size show thats every sunday from 430-dark. it would be kick *** if everyone could meet at wexford starlight cruise thats every friday from 430-dark. thats a HUGE show. last week there was over 1500 cars there.

The Starlite Cruise is in wexford. there is a huge church right on the main drag across from the Sheetz. if you are driving through wexford, you can't miss it. every friday night.
