Damn 50+K is a lot for one of those. Did you consider the Can-Am Spyder?

I sat on one and loaded are like 16k, it's not as fast but a lot cheaper. Either way congrats looks like it would be a lot of fun.

Oh I totally agree, 2 seats/roof/steering column/almost 200hp. It's quite the different animal. Just seems like a lot of $ to me anyways. I think it's great though and must be a blast. Do those things have sequential shifting?

ya it does. kinda like shifting a bike. 1 up and 5 down. even has power reverse. Hopefully the damn weather breaks soon and I can bring it back out of the garage.

Are you sure about that? Everytime I've seen one the person driving has been wearing a helmet. Maybe it's personal choice, but I thought they followed the same laws as motorcycles.

Well depends on the state, but technically its considered a trike and you have to wear one.

PA has no helmet law. even if I had to. I wouldnt. I know its not safe but its hard to see in that thing anyway. people pulling out, staring at it and coming in my lane, or just dont see it. Its a safety issue with me. I dont feel safe at all with the helmet on while on the street. When it goes to cecil, I will def wear it then.
