Looking to buy 9" with gun drilled axles, soft locker, 4.11's looking aorund and i cant find a soft locker option on any sites

Why not just get a spool? If you can tolerate a locker then you could probably tolerate the spool.

I think soft lockers are typically in Dana rears and are used mostly in off-road applications. Maybe Strange could build one for you in the 9".

Soft lockers might not allow for a spline above 28 anyways which would suck.

My intentions are more for drag racing something i can put some sticky tires on without blowing my rear like ive done my cars been out for almost a yr and now i got the money to fix it just wanna do it right.

I'd vote for spool if your intentions are track oriented. Some guys even prefer them over locker's.

What other's diff's have you blown? Unless you got a car that is all track I would still go w/ a posi or True-track.
