my sled started life as an 800 GSX i have since changed EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
mods include.
Custom painted smooth pannals
polished tunnle
tunnle brace's
whal bros rubber sided polished alum wheels
custom rear led tail light
C+A advantage x ski's (new carbides, only 2 rides)
X steering stem,X bars, and Fly 6" riser
low doo windsheild, acr hand guards
Digitron dual screen with memory replay and plug in recording (custom stainless mount)
new stock rear shock (replaced last year, but comes with Purple revalved upgraded shock)
X package torsion spring new last year
new limiter straps (new last year)
new slides last year (under 500 miles on them)
doo shock covers and knee pads
Now for performance upgrades!!!!!
Rebuilt 800 powerte perfessionaly done new rings, pistions, bearings, crank realined cylenders etc etc etc. less then 500 miles on the rebuild running great and fast!!!!!
M-tech head, said to be the best head to buy (this is said by a couple big dogs in the sled thing and big grass drag guys)
dynoport coated pipe
fully clutched with dalton adjustable weights, rev barron fully balanced and machined primary clutching is set up perfect all around, runs great in trail and on the lake, its perfect!!!
fully studded track with 1.180 hornets (your choice of track either the stock 121x15x1 or the one i put on the hacksaw 121x14x1 both are fully studded with 144 rotine hornets (will sell with both tracks for extra $$)
jetted perfect for cool weather. under -5 or over 20 will need rejet, but in between its just about dead on. pistion wash is perfect and egt's are right around 1100.

this sled is a real nice machine, does everything it is suposed to do and runs with the big boys.

just really digging the new one and there testing turbo kits on them right now. making over 200 HP on 87 octain with a 2 levle boost set up. one for 87-91 octain one for 110 race gas making over 250!!

yea it wont be cheep, but it would be nasty.
one guy stock motor just hit 427 motor HP with his set up. stock motor with upgraded head gaskets

but to be honest your sled with diferant mods wont work well with my kit. i run a little to much pin weight for a stock sled.
if you do a pipe and gear it it will work well.
i can set you up with clutching for pretty short $$ Gear the sled one tooth and doo a clutch kit (i'll do the work) and your sled will be a good 2-4 mph faster on top, get there 2-3 sleds faster then it does now.
