Got promoted!

Well after working at my current job for the last three years out of college i finally recieved a decent promotion. I just moved from Inside Sales to Outside Sales with United Rentals. I get a Base Salary, Commission, and the big one....a company truck with gas card.

Looks like i will be able to finally turn my gto into a race car haha. It doesn't hurt that my income should go up fairly substantially if i can be a decent salesman. If anyone needs to rent stuff let me know!!!

I pretty much have the opportunity to more then double my income, but it comes with some risk, but i had to take it!

We rent out everything from skid steers to large excavators and anything else you can think of pretty much. Pumps, heaters for winter, ground thaw machines. If we dont have it i can still try to get it for ya haha.

Yea that is what i am thinking as well. I am living comfortably on what i make now, so why not just put the extra away and put it towards a house. My parents have a piece of property that i want to buy off of them and build on, so that may be the game plan. I have to actually get going first and see how this works out first though!!
