Open up a set of cats on top, clean them out and weld tubes in them.

This will be my first Christmas home in 10 years, I tried to pass emissions without cats in Owings Mills and they locked me up on the spot. I spent 10 years at Hagerstown Correctional Institute. I now drive a Prius. J/K

I have never had a problem at Owings Mills, they even asked me to rev the car because it sounded good.

Well I got my waiver she said yea I can see your cats are too low. Dums *** thoes are cutouts She also told me that next time we will be able to test that vehicle we will have a dynomomiter Wonder if it is just this one in Westminster or if all will have one. What a waste of our tax money what the hell do they need that for. Are they going to be able to tell me how much horsepower I am putting down. Guess I will be getting cats in the next two years

New thought who says you have to have two cats. I may just put one in the I pipe when they do away with the rollers this year and no one will be getting waivers. Ill just have a cat instead of cats!

Because technically you can't move the cats from the manufacturers location. If you listen to what we been saying tho, you can pas in Md with no cats cause they don"t do a visual inspection. Put one cat on if you like, waste of time imo.

I always use the one in Westminster and I have never had a problem. No cats no care. All they look at is the plug in

Yea that helps. When i did mine there was an old K5 Blazer on the treadmill in the next bay. If they smelled anything they probably looked at him instead.

glen burnie station is where we send everyone. I dont think Ive heard of 1 not passing, even when they look under the car for cats.

Its only 2 minutes from the shop weve actually taken a bunch of customers cars thru emissions for them in the middle of doing stuff.
