Yes Fran everything is basically all set. The timing gear and everything went in smoothly after that came off lol. Silly how the oil pump covered the hieroglyphics lol. Then the rockers were adjusted valve covers put on. Manley pushrods are back in the car. The clutch, pressure plate, and flywheel all on and torqued. The transmission is on and bolted up. Tomorrow (today) I drop her in and start plugging things in. The exhaust is sitting right next to the car. The plug the connectors in, and oil her up. Hopefully she starts =/.
As for the build nothing special.
Background. I took the motor and everything apart in order to build a turbo setup. I however found that my pockets which once were quiet deep and plentiful didn't want to sustain that debt.
The motor is a stock motor that was redone with new bearings seals and everything. The heads aren't that special just stockish 241 heads. (Upgrade from my old 853's though) The cam is the same g5x2 which I made 426/394 through the 853's. The trans is still a 6 speed. Just putting her back the way she was before. I missed it so much .
Thanks for the help again Fran.
