Mine had 4,000...........4th Infantry Division/wife and kids means very little ride time.

 

Smart car would be the ideal choice. But we've been sporadically looking at our shop. There just aren't enough of them over here to make the swap without blowing huge dough.

If I remember correctly its like 6k for the modified subframe to bolt the GSXR motor in there.

Would make a great engine for an ultralight. plenty of power to take off and land on water. been planning just such a beast for a few years now. We only have a 600 motor though.

 

You'll get higher RPM's with a 600 motor too, 1000's are sick. My buddy has a 1000RR with full Akropovic exhaust, powercommander and intake, and his roll from like 70 to 170 in 5th gear is ridiculous.
