Cocky Challenger Was getting gas at the hess station across the street from the Winter Garden Village and this brand new black challenger pulls up... I do the looks good nod, and he just looks at my car like its a piece of **** and gives me a dirty look. lol mind u it didn't help pulling out of the gas station and the cam surging trying to die. haha. anyway. anyone run one of these yet?
I just got my car on the road this week and it looks like a total beater. Was driving past Greenway Ford and a guy pulled out in a new one. I got stopped at the light right near 417 tons of cars in front of us and I can't even run it hard til I get my tune finished. He left a space next to me and stopped at about my rear bumper. I think he was scared.
well it has like 425 hp and weighting 4,170 lbs, also only in automatic,
stock ss weight is 3403 lbs and with a few good mods we should have about 350-370. (for us without a fat *** cam!)
Then again people always say it all has to do with the driver... but if we do run it i think we should win

they still don't stand chance agaisnt a moded f-body.
The new comcept challenger is going to be bad, It has a viper motor in it. So it will have a better chance than these.

they way gas prices are and this whole merger with GM, i highly doubt it will make it into production.

I haven't even looked yet but, I need to go look for some youtube videos of people racing challengers. I haven't even heard one running yet, just seen them from a distance a few times.. (in the rear view... haha.. j/k). I think its a nice looking car so, if it is on the slow side, thats a shame. A SRT10 challenger would be pretty sweet. Need to make a baracuda with the srt10 instead though. 
This is a related question but for the 2010 or 2011 whatever Camaro SS what are we looking at for those? I believe an ls3 is gonna be in it. But with a few mods should our F-body's be able to win?

Just ran into a blue one on the road yesterday in altamonte, i stopped back from the car infront of me so I could see it, talked for a minute cool guy. other one Ive seen is orange at the track running some humiliating times lol

Matt, I flat destroyed a Red one on I4 the other day.
He was not happy. I think I sucked his girl out of the passenger window as I went by.
I hate that Hess station...the computers are always effed up, or they're out of gas. It's so close to my house, though.

Finally saw a local one in Ocala yesterday. it was Black
... He was going the opposite way and i was running late to the gym anyways.. hope too see him again and get a decent run in
.. i don't know if it was an srt or just rt or whatever traffic was moving by and couldn't catch a badge but he did have paper plates..
