window tint exemption

I tint windows on the side and have never met anyone who has gotten a ticket for there tint unless they were pulled over for something else and the cop was just being a dick and wanted to pile on the tickets.

I have friend that got his doc to sign off on the tint exemption. When he gets pulled over he rolls down the window with his dark shades on, hands the cop some sort of exemption card and tells the cop he has severe sensitivity to light due to a medical condition.
