Anyone know a good place to get my boat fixed locally? I got it caught on a rock at Homassassa July 4th weekend and haven't had the money to get it worked on until now. I'm pretty sure I broke the shaft, it runs but won't go in gear and although I can work on my car I honestly know very little about my boat other than the vortec v6 in it so I just don't want to get ripped off since I don't have any experience working on boats.

Im in Lake Alfred, I have seen tons of vettes and f-bodies around polk county. As I do not own any factory GM cars, I am working on a turbo LSx swapped 1973 Datsun 240z. I work at the Lakeland Home Depot and I daily drive a black 300zx turbo!
Nice to have you around here in Lakeland. Do you work on the North or South side? I have a red Z28 here on the south side of town with either Z06 wheels or Convo Pros when I go to the track and I sometimes leave the convos on. We need to get all the people here together again.

I've currently got my exhaust pulled of the car. All my weird sounds at 1200rpm were gone. Then, today on the way home, they came back. I thought it was the exhaust rattling/ resonating. Now i'm thinking the guts of my Cats are rattling aorund!!!! Looks like a good reason to get the Kooks Headers and Y-Pipe.

Either option is good with me. BK is close and I started going to the track again. No issues with the track since installing the 325 M/T's. It would be nice to get someone watching my car launch. Curious to see what's going on with it!

Good to hear Mike! I have started going back to the track also after all my small issues and the car is running very good. We set it up to run more on motor then spraying it and it seems to be working well. I would also rather set a date for the track. I may be going out there Sat night but I am not positive yet.
