but be prepared to take it dry from them. and I don't think they deal in chromoly anymore. check with ALRO for what you need. cheaper and have a much better selection. they are in tampa, but can deliver to businss addresses in a day's time. my dad and I have a commercial account there, if you would like we could order it in and you could pick it up from our shop on memorial

yeah they are good for picking up a quick sheet of 18 gauge or some black pipe. but they have strayed away from the specialty metals. they will order it in for you, but you will pay dearly for it. btw I'm only saying this because the OP noted about chromoly. if it were just for mild steel tubing I would have suggested the same thing to him. they are a good option. either place the more you buy at once, the cheaper it all is

ok here's my thoughts, bill thompsons is a great all around machine shop. Everything from diesels to jet blocks he's got it covered. Now for any heavy machineing on ls engines the only place with the proper deck plates and what not for boring ls engines is .a.n.s in riverview. Which that guy knows his **** on ls engines and is also a good soild shop. Soo for everything go to bill unless you need ls engine boring and line boring go to ans.

All I need is to have my block hot tanked and honed, and that's pretty much it. I just want to do a quick rebuild on the engine and push as much hp out of it while I build a LQ4, until the damn thing pops pretty much!
