I have used (along with two other friends) Mike Norris and he was excellent. Answered all my questions and the car runs great. I've known others who have used NLP and Jeremy Formatto (spelling?) with success. Mike will spend time to make sure the car is right and will get the power out of the motor.
I trust both of those tuners as well, have delt with both of them and are both more than able to do a good job.

As mentioned above, Norris has a great rep. Met him once at Gainesville Raceway and he seems to be a good guy.
I've used Jeremy Formato with great results on both my LS-powered rides. Met him a while back when he was tuning at a friend's shop and took the plunge. He travels around FL to different shops, and is on here under Jeremy F.

I just had jeremy tune my car and I couldnt be happier with the results. He had me come to his house and everything just so I could get it done that day. We spent quite a bit of time on the street and it was only a couple horsepower shy of what it put on the dyno when I had him dyno tune it.
