i'm also in pcola. i don't have an lsx anymore, but i finally got my lt1 titled. no tag yet. i'm soooo broke! I'd like to chill some day, but my car looks like trash still. badazzta is here in town too... maybe he'll post up.

Thanks, I appreciate the compliments on the paintjob. Was that you driving a black jeep on 9 mile the other day? I wish you would've been driving the T/A. I'd definitely like to check out your turbo set-up. I'm going FI again and I'm leaning towards a turbo. I've already had a 99 A4 procharged ls1 WS6 and a 00 M6 WS6 on the juice. I'm debating on selling my Trick Flow Specialties LS2 225 CNC'd heads and going a different route than an LS2 402. Since you had your engine machined at GCRE, I take it you know David(stripes), John W, lil Dave and the group?

I was driving a white jeep cherokee on 98 past IHOP in breeze. Passed you.
David is doing the build. Meeting everyone else from here, then guess Ill meet the rest when ride is done at some meetups. David did the align hone and cylinder hone, now waiting on head gaskets and assembly. Another week and I should have it rolling. My buddy who was helping went out of town so Im the only one working on it.. Sucks.
You can tell Im getting anxious!! Heres a little of Davids work, was cleaning the deck up a little..

David does to some great work up there. I drive an 01SS A4 around Pensacola. The motor is almost done at GCRE and I should have the car back on the road and tuned by John hopefully soon.

me and you are in the same boat David should be done on mine in a few days. Hell our motors are probably sitting next to eachother. Cant wait to throw it in. Then for bigger issues like traction and rearend.

come to the brilliant bean (coffee shop) tonight. a bunch of guys have been meeting up there on friday nights. good turnout, good food. And its NOT bayfront. Its on 98 near the navy hospital. We get there at 6pm and hang out till whenever.
