I will be doing the fuel system in the car Saturday/Sunday. If I get it wrapped up I'll drive my pile over there. Been a long time since my car and Trav ***'s car has been in the same parking lot. And getting us two together with a few beers might be more than most yall bargained for! There will be more **** talking than yall can imagine!

Mods are: SLP LT Headers, Tourquer V2 Cam with Comp 918's. Custom ORY with a Manual Cutout and SLP Catback CME. I'm looking to get it tuned since the last time it was tuned was at 5000' altitude and it smells rich at idle. I hear XXX Motorsports is a good place or any suggestions are welcome. Also I'm game for a get together.... Just let me know the time/place.

I'm not from the Pensacola area but have been trying to contact Dave at Gulf Coast racing Engines. I tried the 850-607-6767 # but I get a message that it has been disconnected. He had a crank listed for sale but I can't reach him...anyone have contact info? Thx!

 

i herd they are out of business and he is going to work for a shop in texas i had his cell# but lost it

They had way to big of a shop and way way to nice of equipment for the town of pensacola not enough $ in that town for what he charged. They did damn good work.

 

I hear you....in the economy we are in, speed shops and engine shops feel the pain more than most....racing is a hobby but not a necessity...although a lot of my friends might debate that!

 

Just called Dave....he said the crank is no longer for sale. The shop phone has been cut off.
