Need help at 4th meet on 9-26-2009 in Altamonte Springs I am planning on coming to this 4th meet at the Winghouse in Altamonte Springs tonite. However, I wanted to replace the electric motor that operates the passenger window. I am to the point where I can remove the old motor, however, I am stuck on how to procede. I am supposed to put the window in the half way position, but how do I do that if the electric motor is burned out?
Can someone meet up with me during the meet tonite and help me out?
I will be driving my red '99 Camaro SS, the car has black wheels.

There's a better way to attack it Doc...

Using this method, I was able to do the job by myself and didn't have to roll the window down. It took me less than a 1/2 hour with nothing but a 3/8 drill and some hand tools.
