LS1 Conversion Troubleshooting Help needed -- Tampa Looking for a local GM/LS1 guru that can help me with my Porsche conversion. Install is done and I need help trouble shooting the problem.

Day # 3 of troubleshooting and I have traced an issue with the spark. I used a timing light on each of the spark plug wires to see if I was getting a spark to each of the plugs and found that cylinder #4 and cylinder #7 are dead.
I swapped coil packs with know good ones and the problem still stays at #4 and #7
Not sure what to check next but think it may be in the PCM.
Any advice?

Have you tried to contact some shops that program these LSx's? Mike Norris & EFI Alchemy are good ones to have a chat with, I would think. Maybe not since they haven't chimed in, but I think it would be worth a phone call. They are regulars on this section and also sponsors. I wish I could help, but I'm more old school & LT1 based. I really like the project you have there. I would like to check it out sometime when you get it all worked out. Sorry I'm not more help, but best of luck with it.

As I suspected I inspected the reluctor wheel today and discovered that it is bend and has several teeth that are chew'd up and mis-aligned
