Naples members - Be my tour guide!
Hello everyone (from Naples),
Was thinking about making the journey west for Valentine's Day and was wondering what would make the trip fun, exciting, interesting, and romantic
To re-retrieve my man card, if I was coming over there by myself I'd ask where the LSx meet would be..... perhaps next time.

"Here 'Ya Go"....
The Marriott in Naples w/o question.
Book the least expensive room online, and when you check in slip a twenty under your credit card, and slide it towards the rep while saying: "Any chance there may be a nicer room available on the 10th floor or so?...
Awesome place with plenty of area, and stuff to do.
Sunset, a Bourbon or such, and a cigar at one of the Tiki hut Bar(s) will do you fine while your lady is gettin' ready for dinner......
btw, did you ever come across the upholstery shop in Lake Worth/Lantana?

How old are you? How much you wanna spend?
The Inn on 5th is very nice http://www.innonfifth.com/ and is right down town and a short walk to the beach. Naples Grande, http://www.naplesgranderesort.com/ nice place too. Nice boardwalk access w/trolley to the beach. LaPlaya is a super hotel right on the beach, http://www.laplayaresort.com/. http://www.bellaseranaples.com/ another nice place to stay.
Stuff to do:
5th Avenue, the Gulf of Mexico, Tin City, dockside boardwalk, Naples Visitors Center, Naples Pier, Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, Conservancy Nature Center, Coastland Mall, Waterside shops, Philharmonic Center for the Arts, Seminole Gaming Palace, Delnor Wiggins State Park, Caribbean Gardens (Home of Jungle Larry's Zoological Park), Lowdermilk Park, Barefoot Beach State Park, Wooten's Everglades Boat Tours, Island Nature Cruise, Marco Island, and more
And every Saturday night @ 6pm we have a local cruise in/get together/show at the corners of Airport-Pulling Road and Pine Ridge Road @ Carrilon Plaza.
Hope this helps, see ya and have a good time!

The Inn on 5th is very close to the Bayfront area. Nice area there, shops, food, tiki bar! lol
Where is the new Marriott? I only know of the courtyard by Marriott and the one on Marco Island?

So then in your area we liked the Bayfront Inn. We stayed during the boat show they have there on the waterfront.
