You may want to contact Garys Customs: http://garyscustomz.com/
He is up in Panama City but does wheel widening. If you dont' mind shipping them then you may want to check into Weldcraft Wheels: http://www.weldcraftwheels.com/

I know its a pain but I highly recommend Weldcraft wheels. I sent them my factory 17x9 10 spoke chromes and had them widened to 11". They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. Didnt even damage any of the chrome. Wheels came back balanced better than when they left.

If you want to see some pics, PM me.

Good luck,

did you ever get this done?

I remember I was thinking of doing this to some wheels a few years ago.

This place was going to do it for me.

Another place I think that does it is in Ft. Lauderdale. The place is called Good Roads.

I would be carefull about who you let cut your wheels apart. If not done correctly it can have serious effects if a wheel splits at the welds. I would only trust Weldcraft. I did the research and went with them.

Also go 10.5" not 11" it makes a huge diff in what body mods to make them fit you end up doing. Most brands use 10.5" as min rim for 315's, and with a 1/2 spacer no mods to the car is ness maybe just rolling the lip.

Here are my 10 spokes done 10.5" by weldcraft with 315 Nitto NT-O5's

I have done a couple of track days and put them to the test, Smooth, blanced out great with min weight needed when I had the tires mounted, and zero run out problems. I had the 1/2" spacer machined hub centric then welded it to the back of the rim before I had them powder coated.

Good idea welding the spacers in.
They won't get lost if a shop does any work to you suspension/brakes.
