Anyone work at a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealer?

I need something checked out on my Commander, and supposedly the only way to check it is with their StarScan tool. Finding someone on here is probably a long shot, but it is worth a try..

My EVIC is displaying a service 4wd system message and I already checked for codes, and it isn't throwing any. Their StarScan tool is all I know that can check what is making it display that message
