well, my powercruise plans may have just been thwarted. I was informed I have to work that saturday, atleast half a day. how does this work? what will I miss saturday? I may still come down sat. evening and roll out sunday, if that's how it's working. or is everyone heading out to georgia on saturday?

 

That will work fine. Sat till ?sometime in evening is static in Cocoa. Sunday 9a is rollout from the Cape towards GA.

It is different but I am hoping they are using sources other than myself for exacts. Sat is at Port Canaveral, and as I read, roll out Sunday from KSC visitors complex....

 

awesome, maybe I won't miss it after all. maybe I'll ask for monday off instead and see what the old bird will do on the 1/4 mile in ga. I've never made a 1/4 pass before. only 1/8th

 

Ron Jon has a nice resort but its not on the beach but has alot for the kids to do because it has its own water park

You are correct and be careful because the cops are REALLY BAD

I grew up there ask me how I know!!!!

There's place up and down the beach, Wakulla, Hilton, Hampton Inn, Double Tree, Radision at the Port, Ron Jon Resort is real close to the beach,

 

Beware of the locals, not the cops!

not much really. you're daytime crowd mainly comes from the Orlando area, they turn the beach area into a zoo,

It's nothing like when I was living there, small beach town, now its tourists, retirees, and people coming to the beach for the weekend, We go every weekend to my old house, there's no one around! I like that,

Now the young chicks at Coconuts is all ways something to look at

Its not bad when your at cocoa beach except for traffic but the main land side has gotten kinda hood if you know what i mean

Coconuts is LOADED with the ladies but most of the guys are a bunch of tools with a needle stuck in there *** and dumb bells in there hands

 

Where have you guys booked your hotels? in or around Cocoa Beach

 

I'm planning on it....but i'm a girl not a guy......

 

$70 is for the whole thing....(love ur car btw) you get some included lunch meals(or used to every year,not sure if it's for sure this year) and you get neat long haul stuff at the last stop in detriot on saturday that the non-long haulers can't. it's awesome.done hrpt every year since 2003
